*FIX for mod packs that won't download* This is my updated run through to fix this problem, Which is if a pack doesn't download or does but suddenly doesn't download anymore, run through this so the pack will download. PART 1

This isn't a dig at the Dev's... (I like ATLauncher the most out of all the minecraft launcher) it's just to explain what is happening. The problem is ATLauncher doesn't download the newest versions of Forge and/or akka-actor files. so you need to side force download them via minecraft itself. Of course some people won't have this problem or may get this problem later once the mods have moved on to the newest forge version etc. This fix works for any mod packs that have problems downloading generally ones on 1.7.10 version of minecraft or using the newest of the new mods out and about today. If you can't download a pack or can't download it all of a sudden, you'll need to update forge again. |
